This recipe is for one sheet pan creamy mushroom pasta. As I said, it’s easy to make and won’t take more than a few minutes to whip up, now I know that’s music to your ears. I love mushroom and pasta so this combination can easily be considered my favorite meal.
I used a whole tin can of mushrooms including liquid to make it easier on myself, but you can use fresh mushroom as well, just add ¾ cup water. The pasta is added not cooked, everything will be baked together without extra dishes to wash.
This dish is very creamy thanks to all the milk, however if you want the meal to be non-dairy, then try soy milk but just make sure it's not sweet. I have yet to try to make this dish non-dairy so if you do, tell me how it came out!
For the pasta, you can use any shape that you like, I like small shapes with folds that can hold the sauce. When serving the dish, you can add some freshly cut herbs on top to make it look nicer.
This one pan meal can also be part of your Shavuot holiday meal that is coming up soon. For other Shavuot ideas, just check out my Shavuot recipe index for more of my delicious recipes!
