This delicious berry chia seed jam is a great way to start the day! It’s perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea with toast or scones. Made with frozen berries, chia seeds, and maple syrup.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (add more or less to your taste)

Instructions
 

  • To make your berry chia jam, start by taking the frozen berries out of the freezer and leaving them on the counter to defrost completely.
  • Once they are thawed, transfer them to a blender and add the maple syrup (or honey).
  • Blend the mixture to your desired texture.
  • Then, pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds.
  • Mix everything together well.
  • Transfer your jam to a jar and store it in the fridge to thicken, or eat it right away if you prefer.
