Israeli Salad

This salad is so simple to make and it goes with any type of meal. Fresh cut vegetables with a simple dressing makes it the perfect side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Few mint leaves or other herbs you prefer (optional)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • salt and pepper by your taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers into small cubes.
  • Chop the mint leaves.
  • Place all cut vegetables and the mint in a bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until all salad is coated with the dressing.
  • Serve and enjoy!
