- 3 eggs
- 1 cup walnuts halves
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper by your taste
Boil the eggs until hard.
Peel the eggs and set them aside to cool a bit.
Slice the onion thinly.
In a pan sauté the onion on high until golden.
Set aside to cool a bit.
Place peeled eggs, sautéed onion, walnuts, salt, and pepper in the blender.
Blend until you have a unified thick paste.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
