Vegetarian Chopped Liver

Easy mock chopped liver that is also healthy.  4 ingredients yummy recipe perfect for Passover. No kitniyot and gluten-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup walnuts halves
  • 1 onion
  • Salt and pepper by your taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs until hard.
  • Peel the eggs and set them aside to cool a bit.
  • Slice the onion thinly.
  • In a pan sauté the onion on high until golden.
  • Set aside to cool a bit.
  • Place peeled eggs, sautéed onion, walnuts, salt, and pepper in the blender.
  • Blend until you have a unified thick paste.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
