egg

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
(plus more for extra crispness if desired)
1
tablespoon
almond flour
– optional for more firm waffles
Instructions
Spray your waffle iron with cooking spray or brush with melted butter and preheat it by the manufactory’s directions.
In a mixing bowl beat the egg.
Add the grated cheese and mix well.
Add the almond flour if you add it to the dish and mix well.
If you are using the extra cheese for crispiness - add a bit to the hot waffle iron.
Ladle the batter to the waffle iron.
If you using the extra cheese add the rest now on top of the batter.
Cook by manufactory directions.
Serve and good morning!
