Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unshelled pistachios
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

For topping:

  • 4 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they form a smooth batter.
  • Then, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls and coat them with shredded coconut by rolling them on a plate.
  • Place the balls on a serving plate and refrigerate them for 15 minutes to set.
  • Finally, sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on top of the bliss balls, and they are ready to be enjoyed!
