Savory Almond Bread
This gluten free bread is full of almond flavors because we are using almond butter and almond meal. The bread is moist, soft, and just delicious! The outcome of the loaf resembles a small cake, it is not a big and tall loaf.

- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon almond meal (ground almonds)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
Set the oven to 170°C / 350°F with the fan.
In a bowl, place the 4 eggs and beat them well.
Add the almond butter and salt and mix well.
Add the almond meal and mix.
Add the baking soda in one place and on top of it, directly place the apple vinegar. This will make bubbles that help the bread be more light and airy.
Mix the batter well.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool at room temperature.
