Edamame Dip

This yummy dip is vegan and only requires 5 ingredients. Healthy nosh that you can spread on bread as well, or you can add flavor and texture to salads or Buddha bowls using it.

- 3 cups frozen edamame
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper by your taste
For garnish:
- Few leaves of any herb you prefer
Cook the frozen edamame in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
Rinse.
In a blender, blend all ingredients to a unified batter.
Transfer the dip to a bowl.
Garnish with herbs.
Serve and enjoy!
