Ingredients
  

For the garnish:

  • 1 green apple cut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, place all ingredients and blend to a smooth batter.
  • Move the batter to a bowl or cups
  • Garnish with the apple and seeds.
  • Enjoy!
