½ cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon soy milk (or other non-dairy milk/water/orange juice) 2 eggs 2 apples peeled and cubed ½ cup sugar ½ cup quick oats 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract/paste
Preheat your oven to 170°C / 350°F with a fan on.
While the oven is heating up, peel and cube the apples into small pieces.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and quick oats.
