Funfetti cookies are fun, colorful cookies with sprinkles. This recipe is dairy-free and yields soft and chewy cookies that are full of colors and flavor.
- 2½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sprinkles
Set the oven to 180°C / 350°F with the fan.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients to a smooth batter.
On a baking pan lined with baking paper, place a quantity of a little less than a tablespoon of the batter in large intervals.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
