Set the oven to 170°C/ 325°F with the fan.
In a mixing bowl add the almond butter and maple syrup and mix well.
Add the salt, baking powder, vanilla, orange zest, and unsweetened desiccated coconut.
Mix well to a unified batter.
With your hands, create small balls of the batter.
Place the balls on a baking pan lined with baking paper.
Bake the cookies for 9-10 minutes.
Rotate the pan in the oven after 5 minutes of baking if you feel it's needed to get even color.
Cool the cookies at room temperature and save them in an airtight container.
