Pineapple Waldorf Salad
The Israeli version of the known Waldorf salad. Made with pineapples and pecans. Simple and quick recipe for a sweet and crunchy salad.

- 1 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 1 green tart apple cut to sticks
- 3-4 celery stalks cut into small pieces
- ½ cup pecans halves
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise (make it heaping tablespoons)
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper by your taste
In a bowl place the chopped pineapple, apple sticks, pecans and the cut celery.
Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Serve and Enjoy!
