white non-dairy chocolate chips

(200 grams) dark chocolate chopped

Instructions
Heat the oven to 170°C / 350°F with the fan.
In a bowl, place the dark chocolate and oil.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second rounds.
Add the sugar and mix.
Add the eggs, one at a time and mix.
Add the flour and mix it to a unified batter.
Add the chocolate chips and mix.
With wet hands, create small balls of the batter.
Place on a baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool at room temperature.
Have a couple of cookies and enjoy every bite!
