Chia Seed Jam

Simple recipe that only calls for 3 ingredients. Quick and healthier solution when you want to have jam.

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup¬†or¬†honey (add more or less to your taste)


  • Take the frozen berries out of the freezer and place them on the counter to thaw completely.
  • Transfer the thawed berries to a blender and add the maple syrup/honey.
  • Blend to the texture you prefer.
  • Pour the mixture to a bowl and add the chia seeds.
  • Mix well.
  • Transfer to a jar and place it in the fridge to set (get thicker) or have it right away if you prefer.
  • Enjoy!
