Chocolate Truffles

- 3.5 oz. (100 grams) dark chocolate
- ¼ cup (50 ml) whipping cream
- ½ cup cocoa powder
In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the cream in the microwave in 30 second rounds until the chocolate is completely melted.
Mix them together to unite the mixture.
Set in the refrigerator for an hour to solidify.
Create small balls with your hands and roll them in the cocoa powder (or any other topping of your choice.)
Enjoy!
Save the truffles in the refrigerator, especially during the hot summer months.
