In a pot, cook on high the water, salt and oil until they boil hard.
Remove the pot from the stove and add the matzo meal, mix well until dough is created.
Let the batter cool at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to 180°C / 350°F fan.
Add the eggs to the batter one at a time and mix well.
Create small balls with wet hands and place on a baking pan with baking paper.
Brush each roll with olive oil.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Cool at room temperature.
