Savory Granola
Yummy savory granola that adds extra crunch to salads, soup or roasted veggies. Delicious as a snack on its own or for breakfast with yogurt.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup pecan halves
- ¼ cup walnuts halves
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to your taste)
Set the oven to 170°C / 350°F with the fan.
Line a baking pan with baking sheets or baking paper.
In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients well.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool the granola at room temperature.
Add granola to yogurt or have it as is.
Serve and good morning!
