Passover Chocolate Coconut Balls
Vegan chocolate balls for Passover. Delicious little bite size dessert to enjoy during the holiday.
- 2 matzos
- Handful of walnuts
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 4 tablespoon silan (date syrup)
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
In a bowl, break the 2 matzos and walnuts to small pieces.
In a small pan, bring the following to a boil: water, coconut oil, silan and cocoa powder.
Mix the cooked batter with the matzos and the walnuts
Cool the batter in the fridge for an hour
Create balls with your hands
Roll in shredded coconut and place in the fridge to set for half an hour.
