Homemade Marzipan

Super easy recipe that only requires five ingredients. Gluten free and also non-dairy small treat that can fit as a dessert to any meal of the day.

  • 2 cups ground almonds
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract


  • In a bowl, place all ingredients.
  • Mix well until the batter becomes unified.
  • With your hands shape small balls.
  • Place on a plate and serve.
  • Have a marzipan ball or two.
  • Enjoy!
