This healthy Zoodle recipe has the ultimate taste of regular noodles but with more of a health kick. My recipe only requires 4 ingredients so it’s very quick and easy to make!
- 3 zucchinis - grated into long strips
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon pesto sauce
In a pot, warm the olive oil.
Add the zucchini and pesto sauce.
Cook on high for 4-5 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with parmesan.
Serve and enjoy
