This healthy Zoodle recipe has the ultimate taste of regular noodles but with more of a health kick. My recipe only requires 4 ingredients so it’s very quick and easy to make!

  • 3 zucchinis - grated into long strips
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon pesto sauce 

For garnish:

  • Parmesan cheese shavings


  • In a pot, warm the olive oil.
  • Add the zucchini and pesto sauce.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook on high for 4-5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a plate and garnish with parmesan.
  • Serve and enjoy
