Almond Flour Pizza Crust

Thin and crispy low carb pizza crust made with only 4 ingredients. Suitable for paleo and keto diets.

For the crust:

  • 2 cups  almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For the topping:

  • ½ cup tomato sauce (I used sugar free tomato sauce)
  • cups shredded mozzarella
  • few basil leaves


  • Set the oven to 180°C/ 350°F with the fan.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the eggs and mix to a unified dough.
  • Place the dough on parchment paper and add another parchment paper on top.
  • Roll the dough to a circle between the two parchment papers.
  • Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the rolled crust with the parchment paper to a baking pan.
  • Bake the rolled crust for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the tomato sauce on the baked crust.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the sauce and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Add basil leaves and serve hot.
