- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup soy milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (or extract)
- Berries for garnish
In a bowl, mix the oats with the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Transfer to small jars and cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Add the berries on top.
Serve and enjoy!
