  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup soy milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (or extract)
  • Berries for garnish


  • In a bowl, mix the oats with the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Transfer to small jars and cover.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Add the berries on top.
  • Serve and enjoy!
