- 1 frozen, cut banana
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
For garnish:
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tablespoon Flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
In a blender, blend all of the ingredients.
Pour into a serving bowl.
Decorate the top as fancy or as simple as you’d like.
