- ½ cup unshelled pistachios
- 6 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoon coconut butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
For topping:
- 4 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they form a smooth batter.
Then, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls and coat them with shredded coconut by rolling them on a plate.
Place the balls on a serving plate and refrigerate them for 15 minutes to set.
Finally, sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on top of the bliss balls, and they are ready to be enjoyed!
