- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ⅔ cup grated parmesan
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1 stick butter, softened
For garnish:
- 1 egg beaten
- Handful sesame seeds
- Handful nigella seeds
- Handful flax seeds
Heat the oven to 170°C / 350°F.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients to create a dough.
With your hands, kneed the dough and transfer it to a flat surface.
Place a baking paper and roll the dough into a big square.
Transfer the baking paper with the rolled dough to a baking pan.
With a knife, cut the dough into small bite-sized squares.
Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle the seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until it gets golden brown.
Cool at room temperature.
