Marshmallow Mousse

A festive marshmallow mousse recipe to celebrate at any occasion. 3 ingredients easy recipe and a delicious dessert.

  • 1 cup marshmallow (blue or white)
  • 2 cups whipping cream

For garnish:

  • Sprinkles


  • In a small pot, place 1 cup (you will use the other half later) of whipping cream and the marshmallow.
  • On high, cook the marshmallow and whipping cream until all of the marshmallow melts.
  • Cool the batter in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  • In a stand mixer, in the bowl, place the cold batter and the remaining cup of whipping cream.
  • Whip to stiff peaks with the whipping attachment.
  • Transfer the mousse to a piping bag.
  • Pipe the mousse in small cups.
  • Decorate each cup with sprinkles.
