Green Pear Salad
Quick and healthy salad that is still insanely tasty. Salad for dinner is always a nice alternative, especially in the heat of summer when all you want is a light and easy meal.
- 1 pear thinly sliced
- 4 cups baby leaves washed and dried
- 1 cucumber sliced
- ½ cup Feta cheese crumbles
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (as much as you like)
- Juice of one lemon
Combine baby leaves and pear in a salad bowl. Add cucumber, and feta cheese.
Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Dig in and enjoy!
