Green Pear Salad

Quick and healthy salad that is still insanely tasty. Salad for dinner is always a nice alternative, especially in the heat of summer when all you want is a light and easy meal.

  • 1 pear thinly sliced
  • 4 cups baby leaves washed and dried
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbles

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (as much as you like)
  • Juice of one lemon


  • Combine baby leaves and pear in a salad bowl. Add cucumber, and feta cheese.
  • Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Dig in and enjoy!
