An apple cut into slices - optional
Instructions
To make the oat and apple smoothie, combine quick oats, cut apple, pitted dates, and half a cup of soy milk in a bowl.
Let it sit for 5 minutes, then add the other half cup of soy milk. Put the mixture into a blender and blend to your preferred texture.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl or glass and add some cut apple on top for garnish
