Apple Smoothie With Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon quick oats
  • 1 red appleĀ  (peeled, cored, and cut into small cubes)
  • 1 cup soy milk (or another type of milk you prefer)
  • 4 dates (pitted)

For garnish:

  • An apple cut into slices - optional

Instructions
 

  • To make the oat and apple smoothie, combine quick oats, cut apple, pitted dates, and half a cup of soy milk in a bowl.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes, then add the other half cup of soy milk. Put the mixture into a blender and blend to your preferred texture.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl or glass and add some cut apple on top for garnish
  • Enjoy!
