Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

3 ingredients yummy popsicles anyone would love on a hot summer day.

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • cups yogurt


  • In a bowl, place the blueberries and 2 tablespoons of the maple syrup. With a fork, crush the blueberries to a liquid batter.
  • In another bowl (if you want marble look) mix the yogurt and the remaining 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  • In popsicle molds, place a few tablespoons of each batter and don’t mix it in.
  • Add a stick to each popsicle.
  • Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Have a cool popsicle and enjoy summer!
