In a stand mixer bowl, place all the dough ingredients and with the kneading hook, knead the dough for 8-10 minutes.
In a greased bowl, let the dough rise for an hour.
For the filling: In a bowl, place the coconut butter and chocolate and melt them together in the microwave for 30 second rounds until dissolved and it forms a smooth spread.
Let the filling cool at room temperature.
Divide the dough to 15 parts.
Roll each piece of dough to a small rectangle.
Spread the filling on each rectangle and roll it to resemble a long string.
Roll each string to a snail shape.
Let the rolled, filled buns rise for 20 minutes.
Set the oven to 170°C/ 350°F with the fan.
Bake the buns for 20 minutes.
