Passover Matzo Granola
The perfect Passover breakfast that is very satisfying. Great with yogurt and fruits or on its own as a snack.

- 3 matzo
- ¼ pecan nuts
- ¼ walnuts
- ¼ slivered almonds
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Heat the oven to 170°C / 350°F with the fan.
In a bowl, break the matzos into small pieces.
Add the nuts, olive oil, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Mix well.
Pour the mixture to a baking pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Carefully mix the granola on the pan.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
Cool at room temperature.
Have a bowl with fresh fruits, yogurt or milk and enjoy!
