Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon homemade pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to 180°C / 350°F with the fan.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients into a unified batter.
  • Pour the batter into a loaf baking pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  • Cool at room temperature.
