For the garnish:
- 1 green apple cut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
In a food processor, place all ingredients and blend to a smooth batter.
Move the batter to a bowl.
Garnish with the apple and seeds.
