Easy Beer Bread Recipe

This easy-to-follow beer bread recipe only requires seven simple ingredients and one bowl with a spoon. With no need for complicated baking techniques, you can whip up this delicious dish in minutes and amaze your family! All you need is a pint of your favorite brew to get started.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (omit if using self rising flour)
  • 500 ml (16 fl. Oz. / 1 pint) beer
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • ½ cup walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F with the fan setting.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Pour in some beer and mix again until you get a thick, consistent batter.
  • Grease a loaf pan before pouring in the mixture from earlier.
  • Pop it into the preheated oven for 45 minutes or so before letting it cool down to room temperature afterward.
  • Slice yourself up a piece once cooled off, and enjoy this delicious treat!

Notes

*The beer that you use will affect the flavor of course so be sure to choose a beer that you actually like to drink.
*The recipe is basic and you can add any flavors that you like. I added walnuts, sesame seeds and flax seeds. Olives or other nuts can work great in this recipe too.
