Tahini Truffles

  • 7 oz. (200 grams) dark chocolate
  • 1 cup whole raw tahini
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder - for coating the truffles


  • In a bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second rounds until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Add the tahini to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  • Place the bowl in the freezer for half an hour to set.
  • Prepare a plate with the cocoa powder and set aside.
  • Take a small portion of the chocolate batter with a teaspoon.
  • With your hands, create small balls from the batter.
  • Roll the balls in cocoa powder.
  • Have a truffle or two or more and enjoy!
