In a bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second rounds until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add the tahini to the melted chocolate and mix well.
Place the bowl in the freezer for half an hour to set.
Prepare a plate with the cocoa powder and set aside.
Take a small portion of the chocolate batter with a teaspoon.
With your hands, create small balls from the batter.
Roll the balls in cocoa powder.
Have a truffle or two or more and enjoy!
