Chocolate Banana Popsicles

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup soy milk (or other non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • cup maple syrup


  • Slice one of the bananas to add as garnish.
  • Place the banana slices in the popsicle molds.
  • Place the remaining cut banana and the rest of the bananas in the blender.
  • Add to the blender the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and soy milk.
  • Blend well to a unified batter.
  • Pour the batter into the garnished molds.
  • Freeze 4-5 hours or overnight.
  • Have a Popsicle and enjoy!
