Apple and Honey Cookies

A quick and easy recipe for non-dairy chewy cookies with apple, honey and cinnamon. The perfect cookies for Rosh Hashanah and fall season.

  • cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup dried apples cut to small pieces
  • cup (85 grams) coconut oil


  • Set the oven to 180°C / 350°F with the fan.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
  • On a baking pan, place 1 tablespoon of batter in large intervals.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Cool at room temperature.
