- 1¼ cups almond flour
- ½ cup applesauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
For Garnish
- 3 tablespoon honey optional
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F/180°C with fan.
Add the three ingredients into a bowl and combine to make cookie batter.
Using a cookie scoop (or your hands), scoop a spoonful of almond cookie batter onto a prepped baking sheet. Roll in your hands to make really round cookie shape.
Bake for 10 minutes and remove from the oven.
Let the cookies cool, and then drizzle with more honey if desired.
