Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 6 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Grate the cucumbers finely and squeeze out the excess water using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.

  • Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Adjust the salt to taste.
