- ½ cup gluten-free oats (rolled or old-fashioned)
To make oat flour, add half a cup of oats to the blender and blend until it becomes fine and powdery.
Remember to stop and shake the blender every few blends for even results.
- It is not recommended to blend a large amount of oats at once in order to avoid damaging the blender and to get the desired texture of oat flour more quickly.
- I used my ninja blender for blending the oats.
