Marshmallow Mousse

- 1 cup marshmallow (blue or white or any other color)
- 2 cups whipping cream
In a small pot, place 1 cup (you will use the other half later) of whipping cream and the marshmallow.
On high, cook the marshmallow and whipping cream until all of the marshmallow melts.
Cool the batter in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
In a stand mixer, in the bowl, place the cold batter and the remaining cup of whipping cream.
Whip to stiff peaks with the whipping attachment.
Transfer the mousse to a piping bag.
Pipe the mousse in small cups.
Decorate each cup with sprinkles.
