Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups almond flour

Instructions
 

  • Start out by preheating your oven to 325°F/160°C.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the bananas using a fork.
  • Then, add all the remaining ingredients to the same bowl and mix them thoroughly.
  • Bake the mixture in a greased and lined 9-inch loaf pan for 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes, check to see if the center is cooked through by inserting a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, your banana bread is ready to be served.
