- 3 bananas
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups almond flour
Start out by preheating your oven to 325°F/160°C.
In a medium bowl, mash the bananas using a fork.
Then, add all the remaining ingredients to the same bowl and mix them thoroughly.
Bake the mixture in a greased and lined 9-inch loaf pan for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, check to see if the center is cooked through by inserting a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, your banana bread is ready to be served.
