Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract or pasta
  • cup almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 ℃ / 350 ℉ with fan and prepare 8x8 inch pan with baking paper.
  • In a food processor, add all ingredients except chocolate chips and process until batter is smooth.
  • Transfer the processed batter to a bowl.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter evenly in prepared pan then sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool the blondies for 10 minutes.
  • Cut to 16 squares.
  • Enjoy!
