Gluten Free Almond Flour Crackers

  • 2 cups  almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon seeds for topping – whatever you like, I used black sesame seeds.


  • Set the oven to 170°C/ 350°F with the fan.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, salt, egg, and olive oil.
  • Mix well until you get chunks of dough.
  • With your hands, unify the chunks into one ball of dough.
  • Roll the dough as thin as possible between 2 parchment papers.
  • Remove the top parchment paper and cut the dough into small rectangles with a pizza cutter or a knife.
  • Transfer the cut crackers to a baking pan lined with baking paper or a cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle the seeds on the crackers and with your hand pinch them down to the crackers to stick.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Cool at room temperature for 15 minutes - the crackers get crispy when cooling.
  • Have some crackers and enjoy!
