Set the oven to 170°C/ 350°F with the fan.
In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, salt, egg, and olive oil.
Mix well until you get chunks of dough.
With your hands, unify the chunks into one ball of dough.
Roll the dough as thin as possible between 2 parchment papers.
Remove the top parchment paper and cut the dough into small rectangles with a pizza cutter or a knife.
Transfer the cut crackers to a baking pan lined with baking paper or a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle the seeds on the crackers and with your hand pinch them down to the crackers to stick.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool at room temperature for 15 minutes - the crackers get crispy when cooling.
