Passover Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Gluten-free and non-dairy cookies that are perfect for Passover or any other time. Soft and chewy cookies with a simple quick recipe.
- 1 cup almond meal (ground almonds)
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Heat the oven to 170°C / 350°F with the fan.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients well to a unified batter.
On a baking pan, lined with baking paper, place a quantity of a little less than a tablespoon of batter at large intervals.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Cool at room temperature.
